“Talent has no gender.” To embed this motto firmly in the working world, women and men, as well as business, politics and society have to work together as one. Only in a joint effort, a framework can be created, in which employees are not forced to choose between career and family and in which all talents, regardless of gender, have the same opportunity for advancement.
